Introducing SHADOWQUEEN. We are a 3-piece alternative rock band from Melbourne, Victoria. ‘Won’t Give Up’ is that feeling of trying to power through. The song is about pushing through emotional exhaustion and refusing to surrender to fear, pressure, or any other controlling force. It has a constant push-pull inner battle with your inner self… the ‘giving in’ vs standing firm, the numbness vs awakening, the ‘running’ vs ‘facing fear’, the numbness vs resilience. It’s the anthem of self-belief, strength, and the decision to break free and keep going despite the struggle.
