About the Artist
Dynamite Daddy is a mixture of Dance-Punk, Pop and Rock music, fused with lyrical themes of irreverence and grandeur with a sprinkle of the occult. This four to the floor thumping delight is one to have you grooving to the glitz and glamour of grimoires and debauchery, while dancing in the face of puritans and propriety. Banquet Darling is the musical brainchild and moniker of Muloobinba/Newcastle based artist, Todd Kilby. After many years performing around the globe with the circus as an acrobat, musician and director, Todd turned focus towards his driving passion......music. From that Banquet Darling was born. From Paris to Hong Kong and everywhere in between, be it hotels, buses, theatres or planes, songs were being created. In 2021 Banquet Darling released their debut album Dreamlove Obscura, which gained a cult following and praise for its eclectic originality and unique songwriting.
