About the Artist

‘One Step At A Time’ is a song about chasing your dreams, believing in yourself, and remembering that success doesn’t happen overnight. Sometimes, it’s the smallest steps, the little wins, and simply keeping going that eventually gets you where you want to be. At its heart, the song is also about the special people who walk alongside us. The family, friends, mentors and supporters who encourage us, lift us up when things get tough, and help us become the best version of ourselves. No matter where you come from or what your dream may be, you don’t have to achieve it alone. I wrote ‘One Step At A Time’ with Brendon Walmsley at the Junior Academy of Country Music in Tamworth, and it’s a reminder to trust the journey and keep taking that next step.
