About the Artist
Daily J is an indie psych group from Auckland with roots in Blenheim, New Zealand. The trio of brothers — Jesse, Jayden, and Jonny Paul — later expanded the lineup to include Rick Everard on drums and Cody Wilcox on guitar. Their sound mixes airy, dream-like melodies with deep, warm bass and a soft, hazy touch of pop-electronica that’s been picking up traction. Known for weaving outdoor and sport themes into their work, Daily J’s music reflects their New Zealand upbringing and connection to nature. Hear Daily J's latest release, 'Darling', now playing on Local Sounds Radio. Jonny says it's "a song about finding your person and choosing them again and again, through the good weather and the bad."
