About the Artist

I am a Melbourne based alternative/indie folk-pop singer-songwriter with an authentic, dreamy and warm sound. I've been writing songs and playing guitar for around 7 years. After playing my originals at open mics over the years I've finally released my first song! My music generally combines melodic vocals and gentle harmonies with acoustic and atmospheric textures to create an intimate listening experience. Alongside songwriting, I am also a multidisciplinary visual artist with a growing interest in bringing my music and artwork together. Inspired by a solitary walk on a misty Melbourne winter morning, the song follows the feeling of searching for someone just beyond reach. It uses the changing of the seasons as a backdrop for shifting emotions.
