About the Artist
Gracey is a contemporary country artist from Parkes in Central West NSW, blending country storytelling with bright pop influences and an energetic live sound. Performing since the age of eight, Gracey has grown up on stages across regional NSW and has supported artists including Amber Lawrence, while performing at festivals, rodeos and major regional events. Her music is fun, honest and unmistakably country, capturing the beautifully imperfect moments of everyday life. Song Info: “Glitter in the Glovebox” is a feel-good contemporary country song about embracing life when it isn’t perfectly put together. It’s for anyone who’s ever been running late, making it up as they go and finding a little bit of sparkle amongst the chaos. At its heart, the song is a reminder that you don’t need to have everything figured out. Sometimes a little glitter in the glovebox is enough to know you’ll be alright. Written by Gracey and Hayden Westcott, the track was produced by Kris Shubert and mastered by Rick O’Neill. It marks an exciting new chapter for Gracey and the beginning of more original music to come.
