About the Artist
Bending Over Backwards is a coming-of-age confession from JesseMelancholy, tracing the full arc of a dysfunctional, magnetic relationship from first spark to the final unraveling. Blending multi-genre influences with cinematic, film-like production, the EP feels like a late-night drive through something you know won’t last. There’s a restless, aching energy merging fragments of romantic, messy and unresolved. With glossy autotune and pitch-bending, Jesse’s vocals stretch and waver like the emotions they carry: honest, vulnerable, and bending over backwards.
