About the Artist

After a year of global festival stages and a viral duet that captured over 60 million hearts, Jude York returns with "Camilla." Released via the legendary Spinnin’ Records, the track marks a sharp evolution for the Australian artist, trading his "theater kid" roots for a high-drama, "Paparazzi Noir" aesthetic that has already set social media ablaze. "Camilla" strikes a deep, universal chord, exploring the haunting perspective of the "third person", the silent observer watching a partner’s heart slowly drift toward someone else. It is a song about the heavy, cinematic tension of knowing you are becoming a supporting character in your own life story. Fans have already dubbed the sound a sophisticated collision of high-stakes drama and the synth-driven grit of Lady Gaga’s Poker Face. In 2026, Jude York introduces "The Living Library," a brand new era where life is viewed as a collection of volumes and every version of the self is a story worth preserving. To launch this chapter, Jude bypassed traditional pop setups for intimate, "anti-pop star" pop-up events. Partnering with Cobrand, he hosted secret listening sessions in local bookshops across Melbourne and Sydney, hand-writing invitations to "Yorkies" to hear the record for the first time surrounded by literature. “This era is about connection and storytelling," says York. "I wanted to bring the 'Yorkies' into a physical space where we could explore these stories together before the rest of the world hears them." York enters this new chapter on the heels of a massive 18 months. After amassing over 28 million streams and performing on main stages at Europe’s Sziget, Frequency, and Orange Festivals alongside Charli XCX and Post Malone, York’s momentum reached a fever pitch in early 2026.
