Lizzie Hosking is a Kaurna Land-based singer-songwriter crafting emotionally charged pop music that blends R&B influences, cinematic orchestration, and electronic production into anthems of empowerment and connection. Combining vulnerable storytelling with sweeping, genre-blurring soundscapes, her work uniquely stands out in a sea of pop music, creating songs designed to make listeners feel seen, understood, and celebrated. As a neurodivergent artist and advocate for disability rights, Lizzie’s work is deeply rooted in inclusivity, self-worth, and amplifying voices that are often overlooked. Through both her artistry and public advocacy, she is building a community centred around authenticity, emotional honesty, and belonging, using music as a platform to create meaningful connection and representation. Over the past several years, Lizzie has built momentum as an emerging independent artist, receiving support from Triple J and Triple J Unearthed alongside national and international radio play, while also securing editorial placements across Spotify and Apple Music. Following her festival debut at WOMADelaide, she travelled to London to further develop her creative practice, collaborate with international artists, and perform at renowned showcase events including Breaking Sound. Now based back in South Australia, Lizzie continues to establish herself as a compelling new voice in Australian pop music. Recently selected for Helpmann Academy’s Creative Innovator Program, she is working alongside industry leaders and creatives while continuing to develop ambitious new work that champions resilience, representation, and connection through bold contemporary pop music.
