About the Artist
With a unique sound that blends influence from War on Drugs, Bruce Springsteen, Fleet Foxes, Tom Petty and Waxahatchee, Anna Moon creates a world entirely her own. Rich in artistry, emotion and authenticity.
A singer-songwriter based in East Los Angeles, Anna was previously the front woman of the indie pop band Moxi before branching out on her own. In 2022, she debuted her solo career with the Psychic Visions EP, a collection of raw, acoustic-driven, and often minimalist tracks that showcased her dreamy vocals and deeply honest lyricism.
Originally from Littleton, Colorado, Anna’s journey began at 14 when her vocal coach convinced her to pick up a guitar. “I wrote my first song after learning three chords, and I’ve never stopped since,” she recalls. Anna’s collaborators have included Greg Laswell, Lucky Diaz, Caleb Nelson (Mt Joy), Ryan Hughes (sweetbaby, Trace) & Emmy-award winning songwriter/producer Bobby Hartry.
Her music has been featured in Grey’s Anatomy, The Young & The Restless, Hallmark channels 12 Dates Till Christmas, Love is Blind, Married at First Sight, Teen Mom & most recently in the trailer for the film Marked Men: Rule + Shaw. Highly sensitive and deeply intuitive Anna approaches her art as a spiritual practice, something bigger than herself.
After going on a solo road trip across the country in late 2024, Anna came home with the complete and total vision for her debut full length record. “I wanted to make a record for people to blast in the car on a road trip, screaming the lyrics out the window, watching the full moon rise. This record is an ode to all my influences (Petty, Springsteen, War on Drugs) but from a female perspective. Life is complex, heartbreaking and beautiful all at once; this record encapsulates all of that”- Anna.
Most of the lyrics were written on this freeing and deeply healing trip across the southwest desert landscape. After spending all of 2025 in the studio with her close collaborators, she is set to release what she calls “the best work of her career” later this year. A cathartic, screaming the lyrics to the desert americana masterpiece, keep an eye out for “Oh my god! It’s a resurrection” set to release in October, 2026.
