About this Song

Sunrise was inspired by a photograph taken by a friend of a sunrise from one of the mountains near where Emilee and Charlotte grew up. We wanted to capture that fragile moment where you know things are breaking, but you just want time to freeze for a few more hours. Sunrise is for anyone who has ever tried to stretch a final night out with someone because you knew goodbye was waiting at dawn. It was recorded in our home studio by both Emilee and Charlotte and produced by Charlotte.
