There are many sides to Conor Buckley either as an English teacher, writer and musician. The story begins when Conor Buckley gets a guitar as a 13year old in the small Irish city of Cork and he dreamed one day that people would listen to his music in far off places.
His talent as a singer was recognised early on and as an 18year old he recorded his early music with Paul Thomas who sound engineered U2s early albums.
He arrived in Prague Czech Republic as a 22 year old He recorded his first album Violent Dawn in 2002 in Prague and in the following years his music acquired an underground following and his music travelled the globe while he immersed himself in the Czech music scene performing across the city in diverse venues such as The Rock Cafe and Club Vagon.
The jealousy that accompanied his talent in Ireland meant he played all his music in the Czech Republic. In the early years he played alongside the legendary Czech underground band Psi Vojaci and also played with the noted Irish Singer songwriter Juliet Turner. He began to work as an English teacher and often ended up entertaining his students with his guitar skills.
In 08 he recorded the After The Flood album in the famous Barrandov studio and gave a legendary performance on Old Town Square for St Patrick's Day. Inrecent years he has studied music and returns in 2021 with new music having overcome serious illlness. main fansitenumberonemusic.com/conorbuckley
