About the Artist

Jamal Baq is a Contemporary R&B Artist, Songwriter and Producer from Illawarra, New South Wales. He's been producing music for over 10 years, beginning from his curiousity of how music works and how layers in songs compliment each other. He's collaborated with local musicians and producers from Wollongong such as MIRAN.DA and danté who've also released music with Jamal. He tends to create atmosphere in his music, immersing a listener into his shoes as well as making sure the music hits right. His EP 'SWEET LIES' is expected to drop later this year which is a 4-track R&B project including 'RETURN'.
