Rising country artist Lane Pittman is stepping into his biggest chapter yet with the release of his new single “Two Feet & A Heartbeat” and sophomore EP WHAT NOW? Packed with momentum, emotion and a growing sense of identity, WHAT NOW? marks an exciting new level for Lane as both an artist and songwriter. Featuring recent fan favourites including the boot-stomping “Miss You In The Morning,” the heartfelt and deeply personal “Man I’m Turning Out To Be,” dedicated to his late father, and the chart-dominating “Amen For The Weekend,” the EP captures an artist coming into his own at exactly the right time. Leading the release is “Two Feet & A Heartbeat,” an uplifting, triumphant track about longing for someone who feels just out of reach. “The title actually came from a saying my mum would always say when I was younger,” Lane shares. Written alongside Benny Morrell and Robby De Sa, the track came together quickly in the room, with De Sa also producing the song and much of the EP. The result is a release that feels both immediate and assured, showcasing Lane’s instinct for storytelling and his ability to balance anthemic energy with genuine heart.
