About the Artist

Lyrically, it captures that head-space where you’re physically present but mentally checked out — going through the motions, feeling boxed in, and imagining a different version of life while everything around you feels repetitive or draining. There’s a tension in the song between frustration and hope: knowing something isn’t working, but still believing there’s a way out. The lineup features Chris on lead guitar and vocals, Rikki on drums and vocals, and Brenden on bass. OUTTA SPITE first made noise with their debut album Welcome Back to the Bottom, establishing their sound through high-energy songwriting and unfiltered delivery. Recording from home, the band embraced a hands-on, independent and DIY approach that continues to define their releases and bands ethos.
