About this Song

I wrote this song whilst in the darkest time in my life, my mum had been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and within months found out my Dad had aggressive brain cancer, I wrote this song in sheer frustration of being steam rolled by bad news. It feels so good to finally release this song into the world.. we all wanna hear some good news. I wrote and recorded this song from my humble home studio.

About the Artist

Rikki Parry is a singer/songwriter and also plays drums and sings in punk rock trio OUTTA SPITE. Rikki Parry has been releasing her own music since 2017 with her first single 'Selfish Remedy' and then followed that up with her EP 'Love's A Bloodsport'. Constantly releasing new singles, Rikki is currently writing and recording her debut album, with her newest single 'good news' being the first song to be released from her upcoming album that is set to be release next year.
