About the Artist
Australian country-pop powerhouse Tori Darke has released her new single 'Who I Am (Without You)'. Written alongside Australian country star Morgan Evans in Nashville, the track is a defiant, hook-driven breakup anthem that trades heartbreak for empowerment.
'Who I Am (Without You)' follows on from Tori's radio hit ‘Prettiest Wreck’, which is still climbing the Countrytown Hot 50 after peaking at #25. Rather than mourning a five-year relationship, Tori dyes her hair, puts on the little black dress, and reclaims her life one loud, unapologetic verse at a time. "I should thank you for everything you put me through," she sings in the chorus, "'cause that made me who I am without you" - turning what could have been a ballad of loss into a celebration of self-discovery.
2026 has been a huge year for Tori, marked by debut international performances at CMA Fest in Nashville, Country Jam Wisconsin as well as Country Calling in the UK. Sharing a stage with some of country music's biggest names on American soil was a milestone moment for the Australian singer-songwriter - and she's channeling that momentum straight into a run of major Australian festival dates.
Kicking off a huge run of live shows today at Gympie Music Muster, followed by a debut appearance at BIGSOUND 2026 in Brisbane - one of the country's most influential music industry showcases, Tori will also hit regional stages at The Bend Classic in South Australia and Savannah in the Round, rounding out shows through to October.
