About the Artist

Fun, unapologetic and built for the dance floor, Buster sees Sydney-based First Nations artists Djanaba and Hylander team up for the first time. Driven by Hylander’s colourful, high-energy production and Djanaba’s bold, commanding lyricism, it was written in a single late-night studio session. Buster calls out bad behaviour and has zero patience for it. As Hylander puts it, it “presents a fun, cute aesthetic with subversive lyrics that give an entirely different meaning if you really listen."
