Bio: Leah McFetridge is a Perth-based singer and songwriter creating modern pop shaped by disco, R&B and soul influences. Her music blends groove-driven production with introspective storytelling, exploring doubt, trust and clarity. Drawing inspiration from Dua Lipa, Amber Mark and Victoria Monét, her sound balances warmth and control. With over a decade of live performance experience, she’s known for her distinctive vocal looping, creating full arrangements in real time using only her voice. I'd spent so much time working on myself, pushing myself creatively and personally, and trying to become someone I could be proud of, that I didn't really notice anything had changed. I sort of just had this realisation one day that I actually really like who I'm becoming. Sonically, I wanted the song to feel like confidence slowly unfolding. It begins in a more intimate, reflective space before opening into bigger grooves and harmonies, almost mirroring that moment of suddenly realising you've grown into someone you're genuinely proud of. For me, "Loving Me Right Now" feels like the heart of Landing - the moment you stop waiting to become someone else and realise you're already becoming exactly who you hoped you'd be.
