Produced by Mak in the brothers’ home studio, the process felt effortless. “When I was producing the single it felt like we all had the song already in our minds before we had even written the first line, so it was even easier to bring the song to life!” Co-written with 2026 Toyota Star Maker Grand Finalist Liam Maihi, the single captures something simple, but universally felt - the instinct to take it easy when you know you’ve found something worth holding onto. “Take Our Time on Forever is about slowing down and truly appreciating the things you love about someone in a relationship,” say the duo. “It captures that desire to hold onto the fleeting, everyday moments that often slip by.” “Writing with Liam was awesome. He’s talented, humble and had some fantastic ideas and input to the new song - the song naturally developed in the studio, centred around the simple idea of not rushing something good.”
