This song is about Alisa's younger self who grew up mentally ill but didn't know what was wrong with her, now later on Alisa who has found the right medications and diagnosis relfects on it and wishes she could tell her younger self it's okay. In a way it's also a apology for her family for being the way she was when she couldn’t control themself. The song was fully recorded in a bedroom with SM58 and a dream!!. The guitar and bass is played by Alisa's friend David Bergman! The song is written, produced and mixed and mastered by Alisa Maekinen.
