About this Song

The first few ideas for this song were written during the covid season, imagining what it would be like if we knew this was our last night we could go out and spend with our friends for a while. These few ideas stayed in the drafts for a couple of years until it became a song. Saturday night dosage now is a love letter to the hope and anticipation of a fun night out, going on a holiday, seeing a concert or anything that you have been forward to for a while. I was hoping to capture the energetic buzz you get while you are getting ready and the joy of going on spontaneous adventures with people you care about.
